Returns:

Unfortunately, at this time  we do not allow Cancellations/Exchanges or returns.

Please contact us, if there is something wrong with your order and allow us the opportunity to make it right.   

**Shipping Time:

We do try and ship 1-3 business days after you place your order. 

 If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please work with the shipping provider.

Check your shipping address, as we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or returned packages.  

 

**Issues with Item:

Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us. If we are not contacted within 2 days of receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve any issues.

 Returned packages, can be re-shipped with additional shipping cost.
