How to use Bowl Cozy: 

Place your bowl into the Bowl Cozy, place the Bowl with the Bowl Cozy into the Microwave, heat up your food and remove the Bowl with the Bowl Cozy from the Microwave without burning your hands : ) 

These bowl cozies are also great to eat a cold bowl of Ice Cream

The bowl cozy should not be used no longer than 2 minutes in the microwave
